Job summary

Die Liebherr-IT Services GmbH mit Standort Oberopfingen sucht eine/n Security Business Partner (Hotels) zur Verknüpfung von Corporate Information Security mit den Hotels-Group-Unternehmen. Sie übersetzen Geschäftsanforderungen in Sicherheitsanforderungen, steuern Sicherheitsprojekte und definieren Remediation-Pläne.

Sie arbeiten eng mit Hotels-, IT- und Security-Teams zusammen, treiben Sicherheitsmaßnahmen voran und tragen zur Audit-Compliance bei.

Qualifications

• Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium im Bereich IT-Sicherheit oder vergleichbar
• Mindestens 3–5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in Cybersecurity, idealerweise im Hospitality- oder Retail-Sektor
• Erfahrung mit ISO/IEC 27001 und NIST
• Erfahrung mit Hospitality-Technologien (PMS, POS, Loyalty-Systeme, Guest-Wi‑Fi, Smart-Room-Technik)
• Starke Projektmanagementfähigkeiten
• Cybersecurity-Zertifizierungen vorteilhaft: CISSP, CISM oder vergleichbare
• Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations-, Führungs- und Problemlösungsfähigkeiten
• Englisch Pflicht, Deutsch und Französisch von Vorteil

Responsibilities

• The Security Business Partner (SBP) for Hotels fungiert als strategische Schnittstelle zwischen Corporate Information Security und den Hotels-Unternehmen innerhalb der Liebherr-Gruppe
• Sicherstellen, dass Sicherheitsstrategien in den Hotelbetrieb, digitale Gästeservices und das Facility Management integriert werden
• Begleitung sicherer Projekte, Zusammenarbeit mit Hotels-Sparte und IT-Teams
• Erarbeitung von Remediation-Plänen und Umsetzung zur Schließung von Audit-Findings
• Risikobasierte Entscheidungsfindung und Übersetzung technischer Risiken in geschäftliche Auswirkungen
• Unterstützung bei Incident Response, Security Investigations und Remediation-Aktionen
• Förderung einer Sicherheitskultur in Hotel-Teams und Führungskräften
• Unterstützung von Informationssicherheits-Audits der Hotels-Division

Aufgaben

We are expanding our Global Corporate Information Security Team and looking forward new colleagues joining our teams:

The Security Business Partner (SBP) for Hotels acts as a strategic liaison between Corporate Information Security and the Hotels Companies within the Liebherr Group. This role ensures that cybersecurity strategies are embedded in hotel operations, digital guest services, and facility management. The SBP will drive proactive engagement, risk-based decision-making, and tailored security solutions that support Hotel's business objectives.

• Translate Hotel's business needs into requirements for security solutions
• Lead and support security projects, contribute to Business and IT Projects in collaboration with Hotels division
• Define remediation plans and lead implementation to close audit findings for Liebherr Hotels
• Translate technical risks (e.g. data breaches, ransomware) into business impacts for hotel operations
• Support incident response, security investigations and remediation actions
• Promote a culture of security across hotel teams and leadership
• Support information security audits of Hotels Division
• Close collaboration with Hotels Division, IT and Security Teams

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's/Master's in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field such as Engineering
• A minimum 3-5 years of experience in cybersecurity roles, ideally in hospitality or retail
• Experience with frameworks like ISO/IEC 27001 and NIST
• Experience with hospitality technologies (e.g., PMS, POS, loyalty systems, guest Wi-Fi, smart room tech)
• Strong project management skills
• Cybersecurity certifications are advantageous: CISSP, CISM, or comparable alternatives
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• English is a must, German and French are a plus
