Job summary

Fresca, LLC is seeking a Security Bike Patrol team member to help safeguard the property, guests, employees, and assets across our gaming and hospitality venues in Las Vegas. You’ll patrol exterior areas, manage traffic in garages, and respond promptly to incidents with visibility and professionalism.

You’ll work as part of a safety-focused team, maintain rideable bicycles, assist with guest transportation concerns, and ensure compliance with gaming laws, Title 31, and internal controls.

Qualifications

• 1 year of law enforcement, military, EMT, or security experience.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be 21+ and able to obtain required work cards.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and courteous guest service aligned with the company culture.
• Patrol exterior areas including garages and parking lots to ensure safety.
• Manage traffic flow in the garage and assist guests to reduce congestion.
• Respond to and investigate incidents involving vehicles and guest safety concerns.
• Escort armored car personnel and assist with in-custody situations as needed.
• Maintain company-issued bicycle in safe working condition and stay mobile on shift.
• Ensure compliance with gaming laws and internal controls.
