Job summary

Nscale is seeking a Human Risk Lead to own the human layer of security across our AI infrastructure. Build a function from the ground up, partnering with HR, Legal, and Engineering to treat human risk as an engineering problem.

You'll develop programs for security awareness, data-driven risk insights, and governance, enabling measurable behavior change and a culture where security is everyone's responsibility.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in security awareness or human risk management.
• Experience running a security training platform and developing role-based learning.

Responsibilities

• Build and operate Security Awareness and Training programs with role-based learning.
• Update training using threat intel, incident learnings, regulatory changes, and AI-specific risks.
• Evaluate awareness initiatives by behavioral outcomes, not just completion metrics.
• Create targeted interventions reducing risky behavior and improving phishing resilience.
• Own data pipeline combining learning outcomes, phishing, identity data and security events.
