Job summary

HealthEquity is seeking a Security Awareness Senior Manager to lead our enterprise human risk management and security culture strategy. You will turn complex topics into clear, engaging programs that drive safer decisions and measurable behavior change across teams.

You will own the design, delivery, and optimization of phishing simulations, training, onboarding, and executive communications, partnering with Security, IT, HR, Legal, Marketing, and leadership to embed security into daily work.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading enterprise security awareness, human risk management, or security culture programs in a regulated environment.
• Ability to translate technical, regulatory, and risk concepts into clear business communications.
• Experience designing behavior-focused campaigns, training programs, newsletters, videos, and intranet content.
• Strong creative direction to turn security topics into memorable campaigns and executive materials.
• Experience using phishing simulation data, training metrics, and engagement insights to measure impact.
• Experience with O365 apps and security training platforms; certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement of security governance, risk management, and compliance practices.
• Lead enterprise security awareness strategy and human risk management with measurable outcomes.
• Design and launch campaigns that drive behavior change and align with compliance expectations.
• Oversee campaign development: themes, visuals, messaging, and teammate engagement assets.
• Own phishing simulations, learning programs, reporting workflows, and reinforcement messaging.
• Collaborate with partners to create security awareness materials for diverse audiences.
