Job summary

Technology Partners in St. Louis, Missouri, is seeking an IT Manager - Information Security Awareness to lead global security awareness initiatives, drive data‑driven campaigns, phishing simulations, and educational programs across the organization.

You will develop and manage the Security Awareness Program, mentor a cross-functional team, collaborate with internal and external partners, and report to executive leadership while advancing security culture in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience managing or leading security awareness or related programs.
• Proven ability to lead and develop cross-functional teams within global organizations.
• Strong analytical skills, with experience analyzing data to inform strategic decisions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills tailored to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience working with vendors, third-party providers, and negotiating contracts.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Relevant security certifications such as SSAP or CSAP are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Security Awareness Program, including risk assessment, program planning, and cross-team collaboration.
• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of awareness specialists.
• Design and execute targeted education campaigns focused on phishing, social engineering, password security, AI, and data protection.
• Use data visualization and analytical tools to evaluate program performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Partner with the Information Security Office to develop risk profiles and implement remediation strategies through tailored education and testing.
• Monitor industry trends and internal data to stay ahead of emerging risks and adjust programs accordingly.
• Collaborate with IT and business units to identify operational security gaps and provide guidance to address them.
• Influence stakeholders at all levels to ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.
