P4 Security Solutions in Des Plaines, IL is seeking a Security Assistant Director to oversee security services for various sites. Job Skills / Requirements

The Assistant Director will be responsible for:

• Ensuring the team is executing security services.
• Serve as a point of contact to the Director and client
• Conducting walking patrols of building/ facility and/or vehicular patrols, depending on the work site.
• Identifying and reporting security threats, unsafe conditions, or hazards, and/or other emergency situations.
• Site-specific duties and tasks based on assignment, which may include customer service, lobby/visitor reception, mobile patrol, crowd control, and/or a variety of other safety and security roles.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of Supervisory experience.
• Must have an Active Drivers License
• Valid PERC (Permanent Employee Registration
• Ability to write effective, concise, and legible reports.
• Understanding of security operations.
