Job summary

P4 Companies seeks an Assistant Director to lead security teams during Monday–Friday 3pm–11pm shifts in Des Plaines, IL. You will ensure security services are performed, coordinate with the Director and clients, and perform patrols of facilities and vehicles as required.

You must report security threats and hazardous conditions, perform site-specific duties, and write detailed incident reports. Strong customer service and awareness of security operations are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of Supervisory experience.
• Must have an Active Drivers License
• Strong customer service experience.
• Valid PERC (Permanent Employee Registration)
• Ability to write effective, concise, and legible reports.
• Understanding of security operations.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring the team is executing security services.
• Serve as a point of contact to the Director and client.
• Conducting walking patrols of building/facility and/or vehicular patrols, depending on the work site.
• Identifying and reporting security threats, unsafe conditions, or hazards, and/or other emergency situations.
• Site-specific duties and tasks based on assignment, which may include customer service, lobby/visitor reception, mobile patrol, crowd control, and/or a variety of other safety and security roles.
• Writing detailed reports.
