Pye-Barker is seeking an administrative support professional to assist the Security Team in Denver. The role includes creating manuals, processing quotes, ordering parts, and coordinating follow-ups to ensure project success.

Responsibilities cover site reviews, installation support for alarms and cameras, server setup, and inventory control. Flexible scheduling and occasional out-of-town work are required as part of the duties.

Formación

• Industry experience preferred.
• Must have good interpersonal skills and be able to work in a team environment as well as work independently.
• Must have a clean driving record and reliable transportation to/from the office or job site.
• Must be flexible with scheduling requirements that occasionally will require evening, weekend and/or out-of-town assignments.

• Perform administrative duties for the Security Team.
• Create operations manuals and instructional documentation.
• Type quotes from sales representatives.
• Assist with follow‑ups.
• Assist with ordering parts.
• Pick up and delivering parts.
• Review blueprints/drawings to determine device locations and placement.
• Assist with installation of cables, intrusion/burglar alarms, cameras, and access control components.
• Setup servers and install licenses to be deployed in the field.
• Ensure materials and equipment match scope of work and job sold.
• Provide a weekly/daily job status for review with manager.
• Stage parts for projects and jobs.
• Verify integrity of all work prior to beginning.
• Repair as needed to ensure a fully compliant system operation.
• If assigned a company vehicle, maintain an accurate inventory of truck stock, ensure vehicle is regularly serviced and immediately report any problems with vehicle.
• Maintain assigned tools and equipment and report any defects or problems immediately upon discovery.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

Provides administrative support to an assigned location, department, and/or unit. Develops, maintains, and ensures compliance with department records. Assists with budgetary matters track department funds and purchasing. Compiles reports and monitors assigned projects and/or program components. May supervise assigned staff and/or assistants.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist with follow‑ups.
• Assist with ordering parts.

• Maintain assigned tools and equipment and report any defects or problems immediately upon discovery.

Education/Qualification:

Pay Rate

• $23.00 - $26.00 hourly DOE
