Job summary

Make-A-Wish America is seeking a Security Analyst to help protect information systems and data across the organization. You will monitor security tools, review alerts, and assist in analyzing threats in collaboration with the MSSP and senior security staff.

The role involves routine security operations, incident handling, and supporting IAM processes, vulnerability tracking, and security awareness initiatives. Remote-friendly with some travel and 24/7 IAM availability expectations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in IT; cybersecurity experience preferred.
• Exposure to EDR/EXR, firewalls, DNS security, content filtering.
• Familiarity with SIEM monitoring and incident response processes.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and triage alerts from security tools (SIEM, EDR/XDR, firewalls, email security, cloud security).
• Conduct initial investigation and document potential incidents; elevate as needed.
• Support identity and access management tasks including MFA/SSO support.
