Job summary

Cyderes is seeking a dedicated Security Analyst to join our security operations team in the United States. You will monitor, investigate, and respond to security events across customer environments, while collaborating with customers and internal teams to drive security outcomes.

The ideal candidate has hands-on SOC/MSSP/MDR experience, proficiency with SIEM/EDR tools, and familiarity with cloud platforms and MITRE ATT&CK.

Qualifications

• Experience in SOC/MSSP/MDR environments.
• Experience with SIEM and log-management platforms (Splunk, Elastic Stack, Sentinel or similar).
• Experience with EDR technologies (CrowdStrike, Defender, SentinelOne or similar).
• Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Responsibilities

• Monitor security alerts and events across environments.
• Analyze, investigate, and respond to security events to protect customers.
• Perform initial triage and determine incident severity and scope.
• Investigate activity across endpoints, networks, identity, and cloud.
• Escalate high-risk incidents to incident response teams.
• Contribute to containment and remediation activities.
• Review telemetry and logs to identify malicious behavior.
• Document investigations and actions taken for customers.
