Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Information Security Analyst – Identity Access Management (IAM) Operations to support the provisioning and governance of user and service entitlements. This role is key to ensuring the security, accuracy, and efficiency of client and account setup activities within enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in security administration, data entry, and reconciliation practices, along with a proactive mindset in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• User Provisioning & Access Management: Administer complex access provisioning for new and existing external client users across BNY applications, ensuring compliance with policies and service level expectations.
• Data Entry & Operational Support: Execute hands-on data entry tasks with precision; manage day-to-day IAM operational activities to support broader security goals.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Facilitate cross-functional discussions between technical and non-technical teams to ensure clarity and efficiency in IAM operations.
• Reconciliation & Governance Oversight: Conduct routine reconciliation activities to ensure proper entitlement assignments and regulatory alignment.
• Documentation & Compliance: Maintain documentation for processes and controls; support initiatives focused on compliance and internal audit readiness.
• Security Process Execution: Follow enterprise security protocols and contribute to ongoing improvements in identity access procedures.
• Issue Resolution: Identify, investigate, and resolve security discrepancies in a timely and effective manner.
• Platform Awareness: Stay current on security practices and standards across diverse systems and applications to enhance operational performance.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• Prior experience in identity access management, information security operations, or related technology function
• Strong attention to detail with demonstrated experience in data entry and record accuracy
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to interface with technical teams and business users
• Working knowledge of reconciliation, governance, and regulatory requirements in a financial or highly regulated environment
• Previous experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus
  
  

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with IAM tools and security provisioning platforms
• Understanding of compliance standards and audit processes
• Experience supporting security-related initiatives across enterprise environments
• Exposure to user entitlement reviews, segregation of duties, and access certification
