The City of New York’s Department of Social Services ITS division seeks an IT Service Management Specialist, functioning as Security Analyst, to manage enterprise LAN/host security, RBAC and identity lifecycles. You will administer Windows Server, Entra ID, and Power Platform, supporting 66K+ users, 4200+ groups, and 300+ apps in a hybrid environment.

Formación

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or related field and four years of satisfactory full-time ITSM experience.
Bachelor’s degree and eight years of experience in ITSM/operations.
Equivalency to either of the above qualifications is acceptable.

Responsabilidades

Be responsible for hardware and software design, implementation, troubleshooting, and support of LAN systems in a hybrid enterprise environment.
Perform technical diagnostics to ensure efficient operations and timely issue resolution.
Provide technical assistance to staff by communicating capabilities and limitations of LAN hardware/software.
