Job summary

Summit Utilities, Inc. is seeking a Security Analyst I to protect our IT and OT environments across multiple Arkansas offices in a hybrid role. You will monitor alerts, investigate security events, and coordinate with IT, SCADA, and Gas Control teams to keep operations secure and compliant.

The role emphasizes vulnerability remediation, security testing, and awareness training. A bachelor's degree and 2–5 years in security operations are preferred, with certifications considered a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in cybersecurity or IT with OT exposure.
• 2–5 years in security operations; OT/ICS experience preferred.
• Certifications such as Security+, CySA+, GCIH or GSEC are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor IT/OT security alerts and respond to Tier-2 events.
• Document incidents and draft reports; coordinate remediation with owners.
• Write and tune SIEM queries; review CVEs and advisories.
• Conduct forensic analysis and evidence collection as needed.
• Support TSA, NERC CIP alignment and audit prep.
