Summit Utilities, Inc. is hiring a Security Analyst I in Arkansas. The hybrid role supports IT and OT security across SCADA/ICS environments, coordinating with IT, SCADA, and Gas Control teams to protect critical infrastructure.

You will monitor threats, investigate security events, and help implement controls and audits in line with TSA directives, NIST CSF, and CIP requirements. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, CS, or related field; equivalent OT security experience may be considered.
• 2–5 years in security operations or IT; OT/ICS security exposure preferred.
• Experience with SCADA or control systems in the natural gas, pipeline, or power industries preferred.
• Certifications: CompTIA Security+, CySA+, GIAC GCIH, or GSEC; GICSP a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor IT and OT security alerts and investigate Tier-2 events.
• Draft incident reports and escalate major incidents per the incident response plan.
• Write and tune SIEM queries to improve alert quality.
• Conduct forensic analysis and collect evidence on suspicious devices.
• Coordinate with OT and IT teams on alerts and response actions.
• Support TSA, NIST CSF, NERC CIP alignment through testing and evidence.
• Maintain security documentation and participate in drills.
• Onboard and mentor new analysts; serve on-call rotation.
