Job summary

Crunchyroll is strengthening its corporate security program to support governance, risk, and compliance across the organization. This role focuses on defining processes and implementing technologies with strong cross-functional collaboration across Legal, Engineering, IT, People, and Workplace Experience, plus partners worldwide.

You will join a team that monitors alerts, assists with incident response, maintains security documentation, and helps evolve vulnerability management.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Information Security or Information Technology or a BS in Computer Science or related degree.
• Experience as an administrator for security and/or IT management platforms.
• Strong understanding of security best practices.
• Familiar with cybersecurity concepts: Email & phishing prevention, Endpoint protection, IAM, Incident response, Network monitoring & controls, Vulnerability management.

Responsibilities

• Investigating security alerts and events using security tools such as SIEM, endpoint protection, and network monitoring platforms.
• Assisting with incident response, including on-call rotation, evidence gathering, finding documentation, and remediation tracking.
• Maintaining security documentation, incident reports, and standard operating procedures.
• Performing basic vulnerability assessments and contributing to the vulnerability management program.
