1 Core Security Operations & Metrics Tracking Maintenance and daily oversight of the Security Office Actions Tracker capturing data on verification requests Visit Authorization Requests VAR personnel actions foreign travel compliance and incoming taskersCompiles structures and presents daily and monthly security metrics to produce the weekly Security Office Actions briefings used during the Acquisition and Enterprise Support Directorate synchronization meetingsAuthor review and apply analytical research methods to develop comprehensive program protection documentation policies and standard operating procedures SOP2 Personnel & Industrial Security Management PERSEC INDUSEC Orchestrates personal security clearance tracks using the Personnel Security Investigation Portal PSIP including initiating Form Updates managing Tier 3 T3 initial background investigations and tracking personnel compliance timelinesCoordinates and schedules biometricfingerprinting requirements for newly onboarded or upgrading total force personnel requiring active background vettingValidates creates and submits Visit Authorization Requests VAR directly within the Defense Information System for Security DISSAudits processes and tracks access provisioning requests via DD Form 2875 System Access requests utilizing automated frameworks like Identity Credential and Access Management ICAM and the Army Enterprise Systems Integration Program AESIPManages facility access control pipelines including reviewing and completing RTI39 Compound Badge Requests for on site personnel3 Foreign Travel Vetting & Compliance Pre screens validates and cross references clearance levels mandatory foreign clearance training country specific hazard maps and visa requirements for personnel deploying on personal or official foreign travelOperates the Aircraft Personnel Automated Clearance System APACS to secure organizational approval for international transitNavigates DISS network criteria to upload report and maintain records for required foreign travel categories; conducts formal security debriefs and records completed travel closure statements in DISS upon returnMaintained total program compliance by reviewing and updating the Derivative Classification Training Certificate tracker in strict accordance with USDI Policy Memorandums
Education & Experience Education Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or universityExperience Baseline Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience managing multi disciplinary DoD security programs program protection or military intelligence environmentsTechnical Vetting Tools & Systems Vetting & Security Systems Full operational proficiency within DISS PSIP and APACSAccess Management Hands on experience Routing DD2875 packets through digital channels ICAM and AESIP systemsSecurity Frameworks Foundational knowledge of DoD Directive 520001 DoD Information Security Program NISPOM Derivative Classification parameters and OPSEC metricsCommunication Proven ability to respond to ad hoc security inquiries in a high tempo environment provide clear policy guidance and manage cross functional taskers
