Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Technical Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in incident response and a deep understanding of security simulation, including phishing attack simulations. In this role, you will work to proactively identify vulnerabilities, respond to security incidents, and ensure the organization’s security posture is continuously strengthened.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in incident response, particularly in handling complex security incidents.
• Strong expertise in simulating and analyzing phishing attacks, with the ability to create realistic phishing scenarios.
• Solid understanding of security technologies, tools, and best practices for defending against modern threats.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate responses to security incidents, identifying, containing, and remediating threats in a timely manner.
• Conduct thorough analysis of security breaches, providing detailed reports on the incident, its impact, and the corrective actions taken.
• Collaborate with internal teams to investigate the root causes of security incidents and implement preventive measures to reduce future risks.
• Provide support for the development and refinement of incident response plans and procedures.

Security Simulation & Phishing Expertise:

• Plan, execute, and analyze phishing simulations to test employee awareness and the effectiveness of current security measures.
• Develop and deliver training programs based on phishing simulation results to educate employees on recognizing and avoiding phishing attacks.
• Use simulation tools and other techniques to replicate potential attack scenarios and assess organizational readiness.

Monitoring & Reporting:

• Continuously monitor security systems and tools for signs of vulnerabilities or active threats.
• Generate detailed and actionable security reports for management, highlighting risks and providing recommendations for improvements.
