SUMMARY:

Under supervision, Information Security Analysts will support the daily administration and operations of the Bank’s Information Security program. They will perform a wide range of activities, interpreting signals, alerts, requests, and directives to ensure appropriate actions across the identify, protect, detect, respond, and recover phases. Analysts will also assist with projects, research, and administrative tasks as required.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitor and respond to security alerts, escalations, and tickets as part of the continuous monitoring strategy.
• User administration and account management, including defining, assessing, and removing access based on job function.
• Configure and validate security controls such as encryption, password policies, and logging.
• Assist in documenting risk, control, and technical procedures for consistent management.
• Research emerging threats, brief management, and support audit requests.
• Perform other duties including projects, incident response, and business continuity.
• Represent or lead projects within the department.

POSITION SPECIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 2+ years in Information Security, preferably in vulnerability and firewall management.
• Basic coding skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• High accountability and follow-through.
• Team-oriented mentality.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Independent thinker.
• Security certifications preferred.
