Prime Partners in San Diego, CA is seeking a hands-on Security Technician to install, program, and service access control and CCTV systems. You will work closely with clients, architects, and engineers to meet project requirements and deliver reliable security solutions.

Responsibilities include planning installation steps, performing maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of hands-on experience with security systems, installation, and programming.
• Technical education or certification in electronics or a related field.
• Datacenter experience is a major plus.
• Demonstrated ability to manage workflow and resources in a technical environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.
• Relevant certifications in security systems technologies (such as Avigilon, Genetec, Software House, AMAG).
• Proficiency with technical tools and software relevant to security system installation and maintenance.
