Job summary

Federal Protection in Joplin, MO is seeking a Security Alarm Installer to install security systems in financial institutions, residential and commercial buildings. You will work under the Installation Manager to ensure accurate wiring, blueprint reading, and safe, compliant installations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent required.
• Overtime availability may be required.
• Obtain a Class E Driver License.

Responsibilities

• Installs security systems in buildings.
• Reads blueprints and diagrams to determine wire length.
• Cuts wire and strips insulation; connects to panels.
• Strings wire harness and pulls wires for branch circuits.
• Run PVC and EMT conduit.
• Comply with laws and company policies.
• Complete paperwork timely.
• Other duties as assigned.
