Job summary

Prime Partners seeks an experienced Foreman to lead installation crews on active data center projects. You will direct day-to-day field work, ensure quality and safety, and serve as the on-site leader for access control, CCTV, and structured cabling installations.

This hands-on leadership role requires strong technical depth and the ability to keep crews organized, on pace, and producing quality work in mission-critical environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on field experience in electronic security, low voltage, or structured cabling systems.
• Minimum 2 years in a lead or foreman role directing installation crews.
• Hands-on experience with access control systems including Lenel, Genetec, and Software House.
• Experience with CCTV and video surveillance platforms including Axis, Avigilon, and similar.
• Solid understanding of structured cabling standards and data center infrastructure requirements.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, and project specifications.
• Strong working knowledge of OSHA safety requirements; OSHA 30 preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interface with project management and clients.

Preferred Qualifications

• Manufacturer certifications in one or more platforms: Lenel, Genetec, Software House, Axis, or Avigilon
• Experience working in Tier 1 or Tier 2 data center environments
• Background in raised floor, hot aisle/cold aisle, and colocation environments
• Familiarity with prevailing wage and union jobsite requirements
