AXIS Capital is seeking a security engineering leader to design, develop, and operationalize AI-powered security capabilities across risk & security operations. You will implement data protection controls, enforce governance of AI platforms (Copilot, Azure Foundry), and lead integration with SIEM/XDR for incident response.

The role requires deep experience in cybersecurity, AI governance, and Microsoft security ecosystems, with a focus on data protection, DLP, and insider risk management.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of progressive experience in cybersecurity, data protection, or security engineering.
• Proven experience designing and securing enterprise AI platforms (Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure Foundry).
• Hands-on with Microsoft security and compliance ecosystems (Purview, 365, Azure, Entra ID).
• Data security areas: DLP, data classification, insider risk, information protection.

• Design, develop, and operationalize secure agentic AI capabilities in risk & security operations.
• Enforce security controls for enterprise AI platforms and mitigate AI-specific risks.
• Implement and manage data protection controls for AI and enterprise data.
• Define and enforce access controls, data handling policies, and auditability for AI agents and workflows.
• Monitor AI platform activity, support incident response, and integrate with SIEM/XDR.
