Job summary

Idlewild and SoakZone is seeking a Security Agent to enforce park rules and maintain guest safety. The role requires vigilance during park hours, clear communication with departments, and the ability to respond calmly in emergencies.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of security experience. Fluency in English is required, with Spanish a plus. Flexible schedule and potential for overnight shifts may apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience considered.
• Minimum 1 year of security or related experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and speak fluent English; Spanish or other bilingual language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Enforce park rules and regulations.
• Monitor park assets to ensure guest and employee safety.
• Maintain vigilance during park operation and report issues to leadership.
• Manage crowd control during emergencies.
• Communicate clearly with park departments.
• Respond to safety calls, alarms, and emergencies.
• Operate electronic monitoring systems as needed.
• All other duties as assigned.
