Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Falcon Complete Security Advisor to join a team focused on overall health and security posture for Falcon Complete customers. The ideal candidate will blend technical security with customer management to guide customers toward a successful and secure experience with Falcon Complete.

Responsibilities include assessing environments, recommending remediation, documenting issues, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve problems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a cybersecurity focused role.
• Excellent customer-facing communication (verbal and written).
• OS knowledge across Windows, Linux, and macOS.
• Experience with threat detection and incident response.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Technology/Cybersecurity.
• Cybersecurity certifications (SANS, ISC2 or equivalent).
• US Citizenship or Green Card Holder.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer environments and align with Falcon Complete standards.
• Provide recommendations to improve security.
• Create and remediate components for CrowdStrike products to improve posture.
• Contact customers when misalignment is identified.
• Document, update, and resolve customer issues per procedures and SLAs.
• Develop and provide service reports and statistics.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Liaise with support to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
