The role includes policy development, stakeholder coordination, and multimedia support to communication efforts.

You will guide workshops, evaluate training using ADDIE or Kirkpatrick methods, and analyze security trends while collaborating with the Program Manager to meet timelines and deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in security, emergency management, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in facility or physical security, compliance, or active shooter preparedness.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DHS/CISA EOD and fitness determination; US Citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Integrated Security Program and Active Shooter Preparedness branch.
• Manage branch project timelines with the Program Manager.
• Oversee policy and guidance development and stakeholder support.
• Lead workshops, webinars, and curriculum development.
• Oversee training evaluation using ADDIE or Kirkpatrick methods.
• Direct trend analysis of security incidents.
• Oversee video and photographic production for branch reports.
