Akima is seeking several highly skilled Subject Matter Experts to provide comprehensive expertise and lead teams in security planning, UAS risk management, and active shooter preparedness. The role focuses on developing policies, mitigating risks, and guiding cross-functional efforts across critical infrastructure sectors.

Candidates will manage projects, engage stakeholders, and deliver analytical support while collaborating with customer sites during hybrid/remote work arrangements.

Formación

• Active Secret clearance required.
• Master of Arts or Master’s of Science.
• 10+ years of risk management experience.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain security policies and standards and guidance documents.
• Develop risk mitigation solutions applicable across critical infrastructure sectors.
• Identify capability requirements, gaps, priorities, and solutions for security of facilities.
• Analyze and explore new initiatives, technologies, and programs supporting Security Programs.
• Support subcommittees and working groups to enhance collaboration and effectiveness.
• Provide analytical and statistical consultation.
• Facilitate trainings on compliance reporting and verification.
• Evaluate and analyze training materials and programs.
