Forge Group, LLC is seeking a Security Planning Program Support Team Leader in Arlington, VA. The role leads security planning for special events, insider threat programs, and violence prevention efforts, coordinating with the Program Manager to manage timelines and deliverables.

The position requires 8+ years in security planning, team leadership, and training development, with DHS/CISA clearance eligibility and U.S. citizenship.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in security, emergency management, public administration, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in security planning, targeted violence prevention, or related program support.
• Experience leading a team and managing project timelines.
• Experience developing or delivering in-person and virtual training.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DHS/CISA EOD and fitness determination.
• U.S. Citizenship.

Responsabilidades

• Manage branch project timelines in coordination with the Program Manager.
• Lead planning for security operations supporting special events and public gatherings.
• Direct development of security and insider threat planning guidance, workshops, and products.
• Oversee new and revised curriculum, including the interactive e-learning course on de-escalation.
• Coordinate delivery of online training, webinars, and in-person instruction.
• Guide stakeholder needs and satisfaction assessments and non-traditional community outreach.
• Oversee data visualization of program performance metrics (Power BI, Tableau, Excel, Google Analytics).
• Provide branch inputs to monthly progress reports.
