You will lead Security Supervisors, coordinate with the Omaha branch, and pursue service enhancements and new business opportunities while maintaining high standards of professionalism and customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and stay calm under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and professional demeanor.
• Experience in management or security leadership.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams.
• Willing to undergo pre-employment screening.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure environment for assigned accounts and oversee security services.
• Provide lead direction to Security Supervisors on requirements and priorities.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, post orders, and training as needed.
• Drive service enhancements, new business development, and client relations.
• Prepare post orders and support field operations from the branch in Omaha.
