Job summary

Securitas US Business Unit in Lincoln, NE is seeking a Security Account Manager to oversee a group of smaller accounts and provide leadership to Security Supervisors. You will manage client services, staffing, scheduling, and post orders while driving service enhancements and new business development.

The role requires management experience, excellent communication, and the ability to hire, train, motivate, and discipline staff. 18+ years old with a high school diploma or GED is required.

Security Account Manager - Full Time

Primary Location: Lincoln, NE

Wage: $29.00/HR

Securitas plays an essential role for our clients and in society. The Security Account Manager position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by managing the security services and related operations provided to an assigned group of smaller accounts including client service and problem resolution, service enhancement and expansion, new business development, operational effectiveness, preparation of post orders, staffing, scheduling, supervision and training.

As a Security Account Manager you will be performing a variety of management functions for assigned accounts; while providing lead direction to Security Supervisors on requirements, priorities of work and coordinating any necessary needs of the site. If you have experience in positions like Operations Manager, Site Supervisor, or Account Manager this role is a great fit for you.
