Securitas US Business Unit seeks an Account Manager to oversee client relationships, support operational excellence, and ensure delivery of security services in New York. You will be the primary liaison between the client and internal leadership, guiding teams to meet contractual requirements while upholding performance and compliance.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in security management, operations management, or account management.
• Experience leading large teams in corporate, commercial, or campus environments.
• New York State Security Guard License required or ability to obtain prior to employment.
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client representatives and maintain strong relationships.
• Oversee daily security operations and ensure contract requirements are met.
• Manage, coach, and develop supervisory staff and security personnel.
• Conduct regular site visits, inspections, and quality assurance reviews.
• Monitor staffing levels and collaborate with recruiting teams for hires.
• Ensure all officers are trained and compliant with standards.
• Investigate incidents, prepare reports, and provide follow-up on security concerns.
• Track performance metrics and identify operational improvements.
• Coordinate scheduling, payroll review, and related admin tasks.
• Support emergency response planning and business continuity initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and regulations.
