GardaWorld seeks an Account Manager to oversee on-site security services for a key account in Shippensburg, PA. You will manage client relationships, updates to CRM/ERP, and ensure project delivery, compliance, and reporting.

The role emphasizes coordinating with local branches, presenting solutions, and driving KPI performance while maintaining high standards of security service and customer satisfaction.

Responsabilidades

• Handle client or team issues and emergencies.
• Communicate regularly with key client contacts and local GardaWorld Branch Teams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with principal accounts.
• Improve the client’s security program for long-term success.
• Meet and maintain contracted KPIs.
• Guide customers through integration projects, contracts, RFPs, and onboarding.
• Deliver detailed presentations focused on client needs.
• Update business databases (CRM, ERP).
• Review MSA compliance at branch and site levels.
• Develop and evaluate security and crisis management plans.
• Manage client billing, including DSO assessments and overdue payment follow-ups.
• Keep CSF and ASF current.
• Analyze data and prepare internal reports.
• Provide precise pricing estimates in collaboration with the local branch and executive sponsor.
• Write reports, client communications, instructional materials, and operating guidelines.
• Demonstrate expertise in financial forecasting and margin analysis.

Your Responsibilities as an Account Manager

• Handle client or team issues and emergencies.

• Demonstrate expertise in financial forecasting and margin analysis.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Your Qualifications:

• Authorized to work in the United States

• A college degree or equivalent work experience

• At least three (3) years of experience in security operations, with a proven track record of handling increasingly complex responsibilities.
