Security Account Manager - Full Time

Primary Location: Lincoln, NE

Wage:$29.00/HR

Securitas plays an essential role for our clients and in society. The Security Account Manager helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by managing the security services and related operations provided to an assigned group of smaller accounts including client service and problem resolution, service enhancement / expansion, new business development, operational effectiveness, preparation of post orders, staffing, scheduling, supervision, and training.

As a Security Account Manager you will be performing a variety of management functions for assigned accounts; while providing lead direction to Security Supervisors on requirements, priorities of work, and coordinating any necessary needs of the site. If you have experience in positions like Operations Manager, Site Supervisor, or Account Manager this role is a great fit for you.

Basic Requirements:

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer / technology skills needed.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills needed.
• Must be able to work independently.

• Must have the ability to create employee schedules and work with the operations team at the branch office in Omaha.
