Securitas USA is seeking a Security Account Manager in Eau Claire, WI to oversee security services for a group of accounts and lead security staff. The role focuses on client service, problem resolution, and operational excellence at the site.

The position emphasizes staff supervision, scheduling, and training, with responsibilities that include post orders and potential expansion opportunities. Occasional weekends and nights may be required.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer / technology skills needed.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be able to remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
• Must have great attention to detail.
• Must have a professional demeanor.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
• Prior management / supervisory experience required.
• Prior security, corrections, or military experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage security services and related operations for an assigned group of smaller accounts.
• Provide lead direction to Security Supervisors on requirements and priorities.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and training to ensure site needs are met.
• Develop post orders and assist with new business development and operational effectiveness.

Security Account Manager - Full Time

Primary Location: Eau Claire WI

Salary: $60,000/YR

Schedule: Mon - Fri: 0800 - 1600 (occasional weekends and nights as needed)

Securitas plays an essential role for our clients and in society. The Security Account Manager position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by managing the security services and related operations provided to an assigned group of smaller accounts including client service and problem resolution, service enhancement and expansion, new business development, operational effectiveness, preparation of post orders, staffing, scheduling, supervision and training.

As the Security Account Manager you will be performing a variety of management functions for assigned accounts; while providing lead direction to Security Supervisors on requirements, priorities of work and coordinating any necessary needs of the site. If you have experience in positions like Operations Manager, Site Supervisor, or Account Manager this role is a great fit for you.
