Securitas USA is seeking a dedicated Supervisor for full-time evening shift in the Austin area. The role involves overseeing Security Officers and leads, ensuring post orders are followed, conducting coaching, training, and reporting. You will coordinate with management to maintain coverage and deliver high-quality customer service at client sites.

You will foster a professional, calm presence, manage incidents per policy, and participate in pre-employment screening per company requirements.

Qualificações

• Minimum 18 years old with a High School Diploma or GED.
• Above-average computer/technology skills.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership abilities.
• Able to work independently and stay calm under pressure.
• Great attention to detail and vigilance on shift.
• Willing to undergo pre-employment screening including drug test.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise Security Officers, Lead Officers, and other personnel at client sites; ensure post orders are followed and rounds completed.
• Coach and discipline staff as appropriate; meet with management and document actions.
• Train officers and review post orders with their teams.
• Ensure adequate coverage of all posts and positions in coordination with management.
• Prepare and submit required reports; inspect posts and outline tasks with subordinates.
• Meet with client representatives to ensure security requirements are met and provide quality service.

3rd Shift

TheSupervisor helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including access control and patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for our client sites pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area.

What You Can Expect:

• Functions as a supervisor of Security Officers, Lead Officers, and other company personnel assigned to one or more posts at client site(s); acts to ensure that all post orders are followed, that established rounds are completed, and that required reports are filed; notifies proper authorities and client in emergency situations.
• Coaches and disciplines personnel as appropriate; seeks advice from company management or designated representatives as appropriate; meets personally with employees and documents coaching and disciplinary actions.
• Trains Security Officers and other company personnel; reviews post orders and other details of assignments with subordinates.
• In conjunction with company management or designated representatives ensures adequate coverage of all posts and positions.
• Prepares, files, and submits various reports as required.
• Inspects posts as scheduled and meets with subordinates to outline tasks and responsibilities.
• Meets with client representatives as scheduled or as needed to provide assurance that all security requirements are being met and to provide quality customer service.
• May perform the duties of a Security Officer in accord with post orders and company policy.

Basic Requirements:

• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Above average computer / technology skills needed.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills needed.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be able to remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
• Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift.
• Must have a professional demeanor.
• Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation.
• All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company’s pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
• Safe Driving and CPR certification.
• 2 years of Security experience, 1 year with Securitas, previous Military / Law Enforcement / Corrections experience, or previous management experience.
