Job summary

Securitas USA seeks a Security Account Manager for Eau Claire, WI. This full-time, on-site role supports a group of smaller accounts by managing security services, client relations, problem resolution, and ongoing service improvements.

The position emphasizes staffing, scheduling, supervision, and training, with occasional weekends and nights. A prior supervisory background and tech aptitude are required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the security services and related operations for assigned small accounts.
• Provide client service and resolve problems.

• Prepare post orders and coordinate with Security Supervisors.
• Lead on requirements and priorities, coordinating site needs.

Security Account Manager - Full Time

Primary Location: Eau Claire WI

Salary: $60,000/YR

Schedule: Mon - Fri: 0800 - 1600 (occasional weekends and nights as needed)

Securitas plays an essential role for our clients and in society. The Security Account Manager position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by managing the security services and related operations provided to an assigned group of smaller accounts including client service and problem resolution, service enhancement and expansion, new business development, operational effectiveness, preparation of post orders, staffing, scheduling, supervision and training.

As the Security Account Manager you will be performing a variety of management functions for assigned accounts; while providing lead direction to Security Supervisors on requirements, priorities of work and coordinating any necessary needs of the site. If you have experience in positions like Operations Manager, Site Supervisor, or Account Manager this role is a great fit for you.

Basic Requirements
