Job summary

A leading technology services provider in Houston is looking for a Service Technician to service and troubleshoot security systems including access control and video management. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in installation and service. Responsibilities include installing and troubleshooting systems, effective communication with customers, and participation in on-call rotations. Qualifications

• Must have 5 or more years in relevant access control installation, service and configuration.
• Currently licensed or must have the ability to immediately obtain TXDPS Security License.
• Ability to perform physical tasks like walking, standing, driving, and lifting up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Install cabling, mount equipment, install card readers, door contacts, mag locks.
• Troubleshoot cabling, card readers, cameras, and integrated systems.
• Document and update work orders and communicate with customers.
