Job summary

Treviso Bay in Naples, FL is seeking a Full-Time Safety & Access Officer to help maintain a secure, welcoming community under Troon. This on-site role involves monitoring entry, patrolling grounds, and responding to incidents with professionalism and care.

We offer hourly compensation of $20.00 with benefits including healthcare, retirement contributions, and paid time off. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and security experience is desirable.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent is required.
• Previous security or law enforcement experience is desirable.
• Experience responding to emergencies and maintaining safety logs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Observe who enters and leaves the community and identify suspicious activity.
• Enforce community rules and regulations.
• Transport members and guests within the community.
• Monitor security cameras and respond to emergencies (911 when needed).
• Administer CPR, AED, and First Aid until help arrives.
• Maintain logs of safety and access activities.
