Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and staff by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures and emergency response activities.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, issue passes, and maintain access records.
• Respond to incidents and security concerns in a calm, professional manner, escalating as needed.
• Conduct regular patrols of building areas to identify and report security-related concerns.
• Communicate professionally with property management, tenants, and emergency responders to maintain a welcoming environment.
