Job summary

Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, seeks a Security Officer Credentialing Specialist in Fremont, CA. You will deliver customer service, enforce site policies, monitor access control, and respond to incidents, contributing to a secure, welcoming environment for clients across multiple industries.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in security, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid guard card or license preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of security-related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Background check and drug screen required by law; licensing as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients following site policies and safety procedures.
• Respond calmly to incidents and critical situations.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of automotive manufacturing, production, and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access points, visitor activity, and vehicle traffic per site procedures.
• Report unusual activity or maintenance concerns and complete documentation.
