Job summary

DynaFire is seeking a Security Access Control Installation Technician to support construction projects by installing, terminating, and commissioning security, access control, voice/data, and other low-voltage systems.

The role involves reading blueprints, installing components, drilling for wiring, testing circuits, and ensuring compliance with safety policies. Travel to job sites may be required; a minimum of 3 years in access control installation is expected.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of installation experience in access control.
• Participation in required DynaFire sponsored training.
• May be requested to serve as a trainer in DynaFire sponsored training.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints of low voltage systems and relate to building layout.
• Install components like access control, antennas, cameras, door contacts.
• Mount and fasten control panels; test circuits and sensors per specs.
• Ensure compliance with safety programs and project schedules.
• Direct other installers when requested by PM or superintendent.
