Job summary

Crystal Inn Hotel & Suites seeks a Security Associate to safeguard guests and property across the Salt Lake City hotel. You will monitor areas, report suspicious activity, and respond promptly to guest concerns while assisting in maintaining lobby and public spaces as needed.

Ideal candidates bring basic security experience and a commitment to guest service, with full-time availability. The role is based at 230 W. 500 S., Salt Lake City, UT.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow and understand instructions.
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently.
• Must be able to stand, lift, bend, push, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• 1 year of security experience, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guest safety across the property, parking lot, lobby, public areas, pool area, etc.
• Observe and report any suspicious activity in or around the hotel.
• Handle complaints courteously and quickly.
• Assist in keeping management informed of problems and developments that may arise among staff or guests.
• On occasion assist in maintaining the cleanliness of public areas of the hotel.
