Job summary

LGIM America (Legal & General Investment Management) is seeking a Securitized Research Analyst to support the Chicago-based US Fixed Income Team. The role focuses on Esoteric/Commercial ABS and related securitized sectors, requiring deep ABS knowledge and strong collaboration with rating agencies and banks.

The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years of ABS experience, be able to own assigned analyses, and demonstrate proficiency with Intex, Bloomberg, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of ABS sector experience is required.
• Strong securitized research/analysis and organizational skills.
• Solid understanding of ABS including aircraft, digital infrastructure (data centers & fiber), cell towers, containers, comm/solar PACE, legal settlements, railcars, timeshare, and whole business.
• Ability to take ownership for assigned responsibilities independently and accurately.
• Strong Intex, Bloomberg, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
• ABS modeling experience is required.
• Working knowledge of all securitized products; prior research in commercial ABS sectors is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide fundamental credit analysis to support investment decisions in Esoteric/Commercial ABS and related securitized sectors.
• Liaise with management teams, rating agencies, and investment bank research teams to form opinions and analysis.
• Support analysis in other securitized sub-sectors as needed by the team.
