Job summary

Qualifications

• Prior ABS banking experience preferred.
• Expert understanding of ABS transaction structures and processes.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the deal team in originating and executing warehouse and term ABS transactions.
• Develop pitch book materials to support transaction pipeline.
• Coordinate reviews of portfolio data and cash-flows; manage internal processes; liaise with stakeholders to execute transactions.
• Assist senior team in client relationship development and meetings.
• Oversee and train analysts and associates on pitches and transactions.
• Collaborate with credit risk, syndicate, sales & trading, and external counsel, rating agencies, investors.
