Job summary

MUFG is seeking an Associate/VP in the Securitized Products Group to originate and execute warehouse and term ABS transactions across auto, credit card, equipment, student loan and other asset classes. You will support deal teams, develop pitches, analyze cash flows, and liaise with risk, syndicate, and clients.

The role requires strong ABS knowledge, a bachelor’s degree or higher, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required for related role.
• Minimum 5 years of ABS work experience in a banking environment.
• Expert understanding of ABS transaction structures and processes.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with stakeholders.
• Ability to learn new asset classes quickly and take ownership.

Responsibilities

• Support deal team in originating and executing warehouse and term ABS transactions.
• Develop pitch book materials to support transaction pipeline and client meetings.
• Review portfolio data, cash flows, and coordinate internal processes for warehouse financing.
• Coordinate with credit risk, syndicate, sales and trading, and external parties to execute deals.
• Oversee analysts and associates, train teammates, and contribute to special projects.
