Job summary

You will oversee the operational administration of securitization transactions, coordinate with Loan Operations, Finance, Legal, and Compliance, and drive process improvements across the portfolio management lifecycle.

The role requires 12+ years in securitization or asset-backed lending, a strong analytical background, and a bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of securitization, structured finance, or asset-backed lending experience.
• Strong portfolio management experience including surveillance and covenant monitoring.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, Engineering, Mathematics (MBA/CFA preferred).
• Experience with bank financial processes including loan accounting, revenue recognition, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary interface with internal support and control functions for securitization transactions.
• Oversee operational implementation of new transactions and amendments in bank systems.
• Coordinate closings and onboarding from origination to portfolio management and operations.
