The role resides in a Global Finance group serving a diverse global client base, including major asset managers and CLO underwriters, with opportunities to draft complex documents and advise on complex transactions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in securitization, structured finance, or related areas.
• Strong drafting, negotiation and communication abilities.
• Bar admission in NY or ability to obtain admission.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel on securitization and structured finance transactions.
• Advise clients on Collateralized Loan Obligations (CLOs).
• Draft and negotiate transaction documents.
• Collaborate with global financial institutions, asset managers, and investors.
• Conduct legal research and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support clients in execution of financial transactions.
