Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in securitization, structured finance, or related areas.
• Strong understanding of private credit, CLOs, fund finance, NAV-based facilities, or subscription line facilities preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex financial transactions.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel on securitization and structured finance transactions
• Advise clients on Collateralized Loan Obligations (CLOs)
• Draft and negotiate transaction documents
• Collaborate with global financial institutions, asset managers, and investors
• Conduct legal research and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Support clients in the execution of financial transactions
