Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in securitization, structured finance, or related areasStrong understanding of private credit, CLOs, fund finance, NAV-based facilities, or subscription line credit facilities preferredDemonstrated ability to manage complex financial transactionsEducation:Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law schoolExcellent academic credentialsCertifications:Admission to the state bar in good standing (New York or ability to obtain admission)Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skillsAbility to work effectively in a collaborative and fast-paced environmentDetail-oriented with a strong commitment to client service
