The role involves drafting and negotiating transaction documents, providing counsel on securitization, and collaborating with a team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of securitization and structured finance experience or related transactional experience, with a focus on CLOs.
• Strong understanding of private credit, CLOs, fund finance, NAV facilities, or subscription lines preferred.
• Proven ability to manage complex financial transactions and drafting of transactional documents.

Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel on securitization and structured finance transactions.
• Advise clients on Collateralized Loan Obligations (CLOs).
• Draft and negotiate transaction documents.
• Collaborate with global financial institutions, asset managers, and investors.
• Conduct legal research and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support clients in execution of financial transactions.
