Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in financial services or transfer agent operations.
• Solid understanding of securities processing, DTC settlement structures, DWAC/DRS platforms, and transfer agent rules.
• Exceptional data entry accuracy and error detection in ledgers and documents.
• Strong MS Excel skills and proficiency with Google Workspace.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to handle SLAs professionally.
• Ability to work independently in a changing environment.
• College diploma or university degree in business/finance or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• DTC & electronic processing: review and process securities via DTC and related systems.
• Client & shareholder service: liaison between external parties and internal clients; respond to inquiries.
